Delete your account

Mythikos is local-first. If you never created an account, your data lives only on your device — just delete the app and everything is erased. If you created an account for cloud sync, coaching, or community, use either method below to permanently delete your account and its cloud data.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Mythikos and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
  4. Your account and all associated cloud data are permanently removed.

Option 2 — Request by email

Prefer not to use the app, or already removed it? Email us and we'll delete your account for you.

  1. Email support@mythikosfitness.com from the email address on your account (this verifies the request is yours).
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my account."
  3. We'll confirm and permanently delete your account, typically within 7 days and no later than 30 days.

What this does not affect

This can't be undone. Account deletion is permanent — your cloud data cannot be recovered afterward. If you only want to stop syncing, you can turn off cloud sync in the app instead and keep your data on your device.
